NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ANTELOPE COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION
Notice is hereby given that the Antelope County Planning Commission will hold two public hearings on Tuesday, April 11, 2023, beginning at 2pm in the County Board of Commissioner’s Meeting Room in the Antelope County Courthouse Annex, located at 501 Main Street, Neligh, Nebraska.
The first public hearing will be held at 2:00pm regarding the application for a Conditional Use Permit 2301 for H & T Seed and Technology, for the intent of operating a seed warehouse and sales office, located on a tract containing 6.059 acres in the SE1/4 of the SE1/4 of Section 6, Township 27 North, Range 8 West of the 6th P.M. Antelope County, Nebraska.
The second public hearing will be held at 2:30pm regarding the application for a Conditional Use Permit 2302 for Klabenes Land & Cattle, LLC for the purpose of expanding their current feedlot to 10,000 Animal Units, located on a tract containing 238.27 acres in the NE1/4 & E1/2 of the SE1/4 of Section 20, Township 26 North, Range 7 West of the 6th P.M. Antelope County, Nebraska.
The purpose is to hear all persons with written or oral comments in support of or in opposition of said proposals. Any party may appear in person or be represented by an agent or attorney. Written comments must be signed and received by 3:00 pm on Monday, April 10, 2023.
These public hearings are not limited to those receiving copies of this notice and if you know of anyone who for any reason has not received a copy, it would be appreciated if you would inform them of these public hearings.
The application may be examined in the Antelope County Zoning Office during normal business hours, at any time prior to the public hearing. An agenda for this meeting is kept continually current and is also available for inspection in the Zoning Office. Please contact me if you have any questions.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Antelope County Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on September 15, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at the Antelope County Courthouse to review an application #V2001 submitted by Mike and Pat Kenaston for a variance of the rear setback located on the NE ¼ SE ¼ Sec. 4, Twp.27N, R7W.
The application may be examined in the office of the Antelope County Zoning Administrator or Antelope County Clerk during normal business hours prior to the public hearing. All interested parties may offer oral comments at the public hearing and/or may file written comments with the Antelope County Board of Adjustment provided such written comments are received by the Board prior to the public hearing.
