NOTICE OF CHANGE OF PUBLIC HEARING

ANTELOPE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

   Notice is hereby given that the Antelope County Board of Commissioners has MOVED THE PUBLIC HEARING FROM JUNE 10, 2025, TO TUESDAY, JUNE 24, 2025, beginning at 9:30 a.m. for CUP 2401, A Conditional Use Permit for Verizon Wireless telecommunications tower in the North Half of Section 1, Township 28N, Range 6W of the 6th P.M., Antelope County, Nebraska. 

  The meeting will be held in the Antelope County Commissioner’s Meeting Room, Antelope County Courthouse Annex, 501 Main Street, Neligh, Nebraska 68756.

   An agenda for said meeting is kept continuously current and available by request from the office of the Antelope County Clerk during normal business hours or at www.AntelopeCounty.Nebraska.gov. Except for items of an emergency nature, the agendas shall not be enlarged later than 24 hours before the scheduled commencement of the meetings.

ANTELOPE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Antelope County Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on September 15, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at the Antelope County Courthouse to review an application #V2001 submitted by Mike and Pat Kenaston for a variance of the rear setback located on the NE ¼ SE ¼  Sec. 4, Twp.27N, R7W.

  The application may be examined in the office of the Antelope County Zoning Administrator or Antelope County Clerk during normal business hours prior to the public hearing.  All interested parties may offer oral comments at the public hearing and/or may file written comments with the Antelope County Board of Adjustment provided such written comments are received by the Board prior to the public hearing.  Written comments may be mailed to: Antelope County Board of Adjustment, 501 Main Street, Rm. 3, Neligh NE 68756.
