ANTELOPE COUNTY, NEBRASKA
WHEREAS, the Antelope County Board of Supervisors directed the County Highway Superintendent to study the use of the county road located between Sections 24 and 25, Townships 24 North, Range 7 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Antelope County Nebraska. That portion of 842nd Road between 521st Avenue and Highway 14
WHEREAS, a written report of the use of the road has been completed by the Highway Superintendent and is filed with the County Clerk
WHEREAS, the date for the public hearing on the resolution signed at the June 10, 2014 meeting was incorrectly listed as July 1st, 2014
WHEREAS, road closing hearings are required to be published for three consecutive weeks in a local paper. The first time the resolution could be published was June 18, 2014 with the other two publishing dates being June 25th and July 2nd, 2014
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of Antelope County, Nebraska, that the public hearing date be corrected to the 8th day of July, 2014 beginning at 10:00 AM to consider whether or not to vacate or abandon road. The County Clerk sent copies of the resolution by registered or certified mail to the abutting and adjacent landowners stating the corrected public hearing date of July 8th, 2014.

WHEREAS, a written report of the use of the road has been completed by the Highway Superintendent and is filed with the County Clerk
WHEREAS, the date for the public hearing on the resolution signed at the June 10, 2014 meeting was incorrectly listed as July 1st, 2014

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Antelope County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing at the Antelope County Courthouse annex in Neligh, Nebraska,
on February 4, 2014 at 10:00 AM for the purpose of presenting and adopting a One and Six Year Road Plan for said governing body. Anyone living within Antelope County, Nebraska, interested in the above notice may appear in person or by counsel and be heard.
