ANTELOPE COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION

PUBLIC NOTICE

The Antelope County Planning Commission will hold a public meeting and public hearings on Tuesday, April 2, 2019 in the Antelope County Courthouse downstairs meeting room beginning at 1:00 pm.   

There will be a public hearing at 1:00 p.m. for the Ponderosa Acres Plat four lot subdivision by Keith and Tammy Dittrich on a tract in the N1/2 NE 1/4 17-24N-5W.

ANTELOPE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Antelope County Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on June 27, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at the Antelope County Courthouse to review an application #V1702 submitted by Meis and Sons LLC for a variance of the front setback located on the NW ¼ Sec. 8, Twp.23N, R6W.

The application may be examined in the office of the Antelope County Zoning Administrator during normal business hours prior to the public hearing.  All interested parties may offer oral comments at the public hearing and/or may file written comments with the Antelope County Board of Adjustment provided such written comments are received by the Board prior to the public hearing.  Written comments may be mailed to: Antelope County Board of Adjustment, 501 Main Street, Rm. 3, Neligh NE 68756.
